It should be noted that FATN provides content owners with proprietary tools in order to track, monetize, protect and manage their content online.

If you receive/have received a copyright notification from Our Agent / FILM AFRICA TELEVISION NETWORK ? Do not panic, all you need to do is acknowledge third party content match. What this means is that our managed content has been identified on your channel and advertisements might appear. We do not mind use of any of our content for promotional purposes, However you can not/able to claim any rights /monetize the matched content.
Any videos shown on third party websites/channels are the responsibility of those channel owners and not FILM AFRICA TELEVISION NETWORK (MCN). We have no knowledge of whether content shown on third party channels is or is not authorized by the content owner as that is a matter between the Channel and the content owner. So if we find that the content on your channel matches that of our clients, we will either, Monetize, block, or Take down the infringing content.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, other affiliated sites or channels, you may notify our copyright agent, as set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA). For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information when providing notice of the claimed copyright infringement:
1- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
